We believe in customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our watches. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

  • Returns are accepted within a specific number of days from delivery (please check our returns timeframe before initiating).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Some products (e.g. customized or engraved watches) may be non-returnable.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
