We believe in customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our watches. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Returns are accepted within a specific number of days from delivery (please check our returns timeframe before initiating).
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Some products (e.g. customized or engraved watches) may be non-returnable.
Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
